Resist Rape Culture

We live in a rape culture; a broken system built on patriarchy, exploitation, and domination. This culture affects us all, destroying any possibility of community or relationships not based on hierarchy. It is for this reason that we have to come together to fight against our mutual oppression in order to achieve true liberation.

I had wanted to make this background for a while, and I am pleased with the results. I recognize that it probably plays too much off of inappropriate macho imagery and fetishizes violence, but I still feel that it is powerful and, hopefully, empowering as well. My goal was not to promote violence, but rather to urge people to take a stand against patriarchy.
